Production times
 

As our garments are made to order, delivery times begin once your order has been completed and dispatched—not from the date the order was placed.
 

Our usual production time is approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of payment and approval of the final artwork. Larger or more complex orders may take longer, but we’ll confirm the expected timescale before production begins.
 

Collection
 

Collection from our Hinckley premises is free. We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation from us.
 

Delivery charges
 

Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout or confirmed on your quotation before payment.

Delivery areas
 

Our standard delivery prices apply to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote locations. We’ll confirm any additional cost before accepting the order.
 

Tracking your order
 

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow the estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed order.
 

Delayed or missing deliveries
 

Although we’ll always do our best to meet the estimated delivery date, courier delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@customroomapparel.co.uk.
 

Please check that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
